To increase the ROI across Jaguar Land Rover's global network of retailers.
We were tasked with designing an exciting, interactive experience that can educate retailers about the Jaguar Land Rover Approved Programme. The key was talking to the team to better understand how we can share knowledge and experiences to sales members that are competitive in nature, and often time poor.
We pitched a role playing game, tasking each individual to create and own their own dealership, with real world situations and content, for them to experience what goes into running a successful retailer. JLR have since run out this game in their European market for testing and have seen amazing activation results.
As this was a large project that needed company wide buy in, we made a pitch video with a production team that featured an initial version of the game and some actors to tell us what it was already like playing the ROI App.
This successful pitch led to a huge project that took over a year to complete but was rolled out across the JLR network, tested in workshops and sent exclusively to the main dealers globally. With the missions to help the franchise train and better the retailers across the globe, adding brand clarity to the already exclusive JLR programme.
